SOUP Member Survey
In an effort to make sure the SOUP experience is as enjoyable as possible to a wide variety of Ukulele Players we ask that you take a few minutes to fill out our first ever survey to help us determine how best to direct the energies of all those involved.
Please try not to omit or skip any questions and check off as many answers for each question as you think apply.
We are hoping to get some honest feedback about how we are doing.
