SOUP New Music Submission Form
Section 1: Contact Info about person submitting song

We will only contact you if we have a question about the submission.
Section 2: About the song you are submitting
Please be as accurate as possible because songs sometimes are known by many common names.
Whenever possible, please provide both the composer nd the artist. Sometimes it's not the same person. Example, many Beatles songs are Lennon/McCartne compositions but Harrison and Starr did write some as well. IF you don't know, please take a few minutes to Google the song title and look it up.
Please use this section to tell us anything else you like about the song you are submitting.
If applicable, briefly describe the difficult or tricky parts of the song.
Section 3: Supporting Links and Documents
Support Materials: Insert a link to YouTube video, Vimeo etc. to assist review committee
Paste in a link to a YouTube or Vimeo website with an example of the song. Do not paste a link to iTunes.

If there is a riff, picking patterin or difficult or unfamiliar chord diagrams include here IF not already on the song and lyrics file.
Considerations for inclusion in the Songbook:
Song should be recognizable to a large percentage of S.O.U.P. members and suitable for group singing.
Consider songs that appeal to all ages and interestes.
We will consider easy songs as well as more challenging songs to ensure that there is a good mix for varying abilities.
We will be looking for songs that use a variety of playing patterns.
Please note that if your song is selected for inclusion in the songbook, you will be invited to work with the songbook committee in preparing the song for publication and the help present it to the membes when it is ready to be introduced.
Submit -when successful you will get a pop-up saying that it was successful
